Nutritional Remedies

These remedies are not necessary cures but something you can try as long as it does not clash with any medications you are taking.You can try these food supplements to see if it helps with any particular condition that you may have.

Although though cloves are high in vitamins A, C, E, and K, magnesium, and manganese, they also contain cholesterol. It has demonstrated advantages for the hair because of its nutritional value.
Eugenol, a component of clove oil, promotes hair growth when applied to the scalp. This chemical can benefit your scalp because it contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Due to the presence of eugenol, a naturally occuring compound found in both cloves and clove oil, there is some evidence to suggest that clove oil promotes hair growth. The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and hair-growing properties of eugenol have been demonstrated.
For hair care, cloves and clove oil have been utilised. Clove nutrients are said to keep hair moisturised and promote hair development. Moreover, cloves have antibacterial, antiseptic, and antifungal characteristics that may aid in detoxifying the scalp and preventing dandruff and itchy scalp.

Cyctic Fibrosis

is a horrible disease and my thinking is that it could help by boosting the immune
system and finding any allergic substances that the person may have.
A lot of foods theese days lack the nutrition profiles for good health due to refrigeration, storage and transport.
The person could be given essential fatty acids, things Avocado, olive oils and fish oils ie omega 3’s. Also Selenium could be added also in the form of Brazil nuts, which have been soaked overnight.

If that is not enough with medical care IM selenium and essential fatty acids could benefit.

COVID elixirs to help combat the cough or even covid.

With covid comes a cough sometimes that can stay for a while.
Here is a drink to help grapefruit juice squeeze, propolis honey teaspoon, ginger juice or gratings. green tea (warm water)

Make this all into a tea and soak for a awhile then drink.

turmeric tsp. kelp flakes lemon juice cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp., manuka honey 100mgo+Green tea (soak then drink)  also good for circulation, heart and P.E

don’t forget sunshine, breathing exercises Zinc and magnesium

HErbal drink: Thyme leaves garlic crushed. mint leaves crushed, apple cider vinegar tsp. buckwheat honey (cold pressed) warm Rosehip tea

Inflamed Bronchitis.

Inflamed bronchitis is a condition where the bronchial tubes, which carry air to and from the lungs, become inflamed and irritated. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including viral or bacterial infections, allergies, or exposure to irritants like cigarette smoke or air pollution.

  1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, to help loosen mucus and ease coughing.

  2. Steam therapy: Take steam inhalation, which can help loosen mucus and ease breathing. You can do this by filling a bowl with hot water, placing a towel over your head, and breathing in the steam for several minutes. i would add something like eucalyptus oil.

  3. Use a humidifier: A humidifier can add moisture to the air and ease breathing. Be sure to clean the humidifier regularly to prevent the growth of bacteria and mould.

  4. Medications: Over-the-counter medications such as cough suppressants, expectorants, and pain relievers can help manage symptoms. Your doctor may also prescribe bronchodilators, steroids, or antibiotics if needed. Also, they may give you a puffer which has steroids.

  5. You could become short of breath with inflamed bronchitis so if the symptoms get worse seek medical attention. Your doctor may recommend additional tests or treatment to help clear the inflammation in your bronchial tubes.

  6. Have a green or peppermint tea with honey, ginger, mint leaves and garlic. High dose vit C and magnesium.
